1. Appointment & Attendance:
- Please read the How We Treat page carefully and follow all the steps before beginning your treatment.
- At Movhabily Physiotherapy Speciality Clinic, our expert physiotherapists provide individualized care at our centre and also offer physiotherapy home visits when necessary.
- Inform us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps maintain smooth operations and ensures fair time slots for all clients.
- Be consistent. Regular sessions are essential for your progress in physiotherapy treatment—avoid unnecessary absences that can slow your recovery.
- We strictly follow a “One Patient – One Therapist – One Slot” policy. Each session is dedicated exclusively to you, ensuring focused and uninterrupted care.
2. Our Treatment Approach: Assessment First, Recovery Next
- This is a specialty physiotherapy centre where a consultation with our expert physiotherapist (Physiotherapy Doctor) is mandatory before starting any treatment—regardless of outside doctor prescriptions or medical recommendations.
- Assessment charges (In-clinic) range from ₹1000 to ₹2000, depending on the duration and nature of the service provided. This fee includes: Detailed case orientation, comprehensive physical and movement assessment, accurate movement diagnosis, and complete clinical examination tailored to your condition.
- For certain neurological conditions, assessments may be conducted over multiple sessions, including a cognitive assessment to check memory, attention, and mental status. This helps decide the treatment duration, number of sessions, and a personalized rehabilitation plan.
- A detailed assessment report will be provided within 24–48 hours after completion of the assessment, with official sign and seal.

For Home Care Physiotherapy Consultation
- The patient’s family attender (or representative) must visit the clinic before starting home care services.
- Please meet our physiotherapy doctor in person and bring:
- Medical reports
- Hospital discharge summary (if available)
- Any other doctor’s prescription or recommendations (if available)
- The detailed assessment fee ranges from ₹3,000 to ₹5,000
- Charges depend on:
- Time required for assessment/treatment
- Travel distance and logistics
- A detailed assessment report will be provided within 24–48 hours after completion of the assessment, with official sign and seal.
- This ensures we can smoothly and effectively start the right therapy or rehabilitation plan for the patient.
- Home care physiotherapy is only provided for bedridden or severely mobility impaired patients.
- Once the patient gains walking and transfer ability, home sessions (house visit) will be discontinued, and the patient will be shifted to clinic care for further rehabilitation.

- Many people still think physiotherapy means machines, massage, or just rest. This is called passive physiotherapy, where the patient remains inactive. While it may give temporary comfort, it does not fix the root cause of the problem.
- Our team of experienced physiotherapists believe — and scientific studies also prove — that active physiotherapy gives the best and lasting results, especially for neurological problems, spine issues, and long-term conditions.
- Consent Form:
Before starting your treatment, you will need to sign a consent form.
This is an important step to make sure you understand what will happen during your treatment and that you agree to receive the therapy. It helps both you and us stay clear, safe, and confident throughout your recovery journey.

At Movhabily Physiotherapy Speciality Clinic, we maintain a safe and professional healing environment. These guidelines apply to both in-clinic care and physiotherapy home visits, and are followed by every attending physiotherapist.
- Avoid mobile phone use during consultation or therapy sessions. If necessary, please ask for permission.
- Wear appropriate attire as recommended during treatment or consultation.
- Keep your belongings safe, as you are responsible for them.
- Neuro condition patients should be accompanied by an attender, preferably a family member, during treatment.
- Female clients/patients must be accompanied by an attender.
6. Home Program, Documentation & Equipment:
At Movhabily Physiotherapy℠ Speciality Clinic, we provide structured treatment programs both at our clinic and through physiotherapy home visits — always guided by a qualified physiotherapist.
To help you get the best results from your treatment, please follow these important points:
- Buy your home exercise materials or equipment on time to avoid slowing down your recovery progress.
- We do not sell any exercise equipment or materials.
- Follow your home exercise program exactly as advised. Skipping or doing exercises incorrectly can lead to poor recovery or slow improvement.
- Video & Photo Documentation:
During your treatment sessions, short videos or photos will be taken for clinical documentation, tracking progress and research purposes, and sharing with you on WhatsApp to help you correctly follow your home exercises.
Since physiotherapy is all about teaching movement through conversation and practice, these videos will help you remember the right way to do each exercise at home — safely and effectively.
7. Health & Medical Requirements:
- Follow blood test recommendations without fail, as they help in creating an effective treatment plan.
- Consult a physician (MBBS doctor) if advised by your physiotherapist.
8. Diet & Hydration:
- Bring fruit juice, snacks, or a light meal if recommended by your physiotherapist during your session at Movhabily Physiotherapy Speciality Clinic.
9. Punctuality:
At Movhabily Physiotherapy Speciality Clinic, punctuality helps us deliver consistent and personalized care during both clinic sessions and physiotherapy home visits. Our team of expert physiotherapists requests the following:
- Arrive on time for your scheduled session to avoid delays for yourself and other patients.
- If you are late by more than 15 minutes, your session may be shortened accordingly.
10. Payment, Billing & Rehabilitation Summary:
- As per clinic policy, payment for 10 sessions must be paid in advance to continue treatment without interruption.
- Bills and receipts will be provided upon request.
- A physiotherapy and rehabilitation summary will be provided at the end of the treatment sessions recommended by our expert physiotherapist.
11. Communication & Queries:
- For any treatment-related concerns, ask your physiotherapist directly. Avoid seeking advice from unverified sources.
- If you have queries about your home program, reach out during clinic hours for guidance.
12. Emergency Situations:
- If you experience severe pain, dizziness, or any unusual symptoms during or after therapy, inform your physiotherapist immediately.
- If it’s a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention.
