1. Appointment & Attendance:

- Inform in advance if you need to take leave or cancel an appointment. This ensures smooth service for all patients and proper scheduling.

- We follow a strict “One Patient – One Therapist – One Slot” principle. Every session is dedicated exclusively to you – no overlaps, no shared time.
2. Our Treatment Approach: Assessment First, Recovery Next
- This is a specialty physiotherapy centre where a consultation with our expert physiotherapist (Physiotherapy Doctor) is mandatory before starting any treatment—regardless of outside doctor prescriptions or medical recommendations.
- Consultation charges range from ₹500 to ₹1000, depending on the service type. This includes orientation, assessment, diagnosis, and examination.
- Our centre focuses on improving quality of life through a personalized rehabilitation program to restore overall well-being.
For Home Care Physiotherapy Consultation
- The patient’s family attender (or representative) must visit the clinic before starting home care services.
- Please meet our physiotherapy doctor in person and bring:
- Medical reports
- Hospital discharge summary (if available)
- Any other doctor’s prescription or recommendations (if available)
- This ensures we can smoothly and effectively start the right therapy or rehabilitation plan for the patient.
3. Understanding Our Treatment:
- At Movhabily, we follow a modern, active, and research-backed treatment approach that focuses on long-term recovery — not just short-term relief.
- Many people think physiotherapy is only about machines or massage. That’s called passive physiotherapy, where the patient stays inactive. It may give temporary symptom relief, but it doesn’t solve the root cause.
- We believe — and science and medical research strongly support — that active physiotherapy gives the best results for recovery, especially for neurological, spine, and long-term conditions.
4. Key Elements of Our Treatment Model:
- Education – so you understand your condition and feel confident managing it
- Brain exercises (Cognitive training) – to improve focus, memory, and function
- Active movement-based therapy – designed specifically for your condition
- Strength and resistance training – using tools like dumbbells, ankle weights, therabands, Swiss balls, etc.
- Balance and walking training – to prevent falls and improve confidence
- Breathing exercises – for lung, heart, and overall health
- Mind-body exercises – to improve physical and mental strength
- Safe aerobic workouts – like treadmill, cycling, or step-ups, always under expert supervision
- Hands-on therapy / Manual therapy / Manipulation / Mobilization techniques – to reduce pain, improve joint movement, and enhance function
5. During Consultation & Therapy:
- Avoid mobile phone use during consultation or therapy sessions. If necessary, please ask for permission.
- Wear appropriate attire as recommended during treatment or consultation.
- Keep your belongings safe, as you are responsible for them.
- Neuro condition patients should be accompanied by an attender, preferably a family member, during treatment.
- Female clients/patients must be accompanied by an attender.
6. Home Program & Equipment:
- Purchase home program materials or equipment on time to avoid delays in progress.
- We do not sell any exercise equipment or materials.
- Failure to follow the prescribed home program or exercises may result in poor outcomes and slow progression.
7. Health & Medical Requirements:
- Follow blood test recommendations without fail, as they help in creating an effective treatment plan.
- Consult a physician (MBBS doctor) if advised by your physiotherapist.
8. Diet & Hydration:
- Bring fruit juice, snacks, or a light meal if recommended by the therapist.
9. Punctuality:
- Arrive on time for your scheduled session to avoid delays for yourself and other patients.
- If you are late by more than 15 minutes, your session may be shortened accordingly.
10. Payment, Billing & Rehabilitation Summary:
- Payments should be made as per the agreed plan to ensure uninterrupted treatment.
- Bills and receipts will be provided upon request.
- A physiotherapy and rehabilitation summary will be provided at the end of the treatment sessions recommended by our expert physiotherapist.
11. Communication & Queries:
- For any treatment-related concerns, ask your physiotherapist directly. Avoid seeking advice from unverified sources.
- If you have queries about your home program, reach out during clinic hours for guidance.
12. Emergency Situations:
- If you experience severe pain, dizziness, or any unusual symptoms during or after therapy, inform your physiotherapist immediately.
- If it’s a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention.
Physiotherapist: Roles & Scope by National Commission
As per the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India
Physiotherapy Professional is a person who practices physiotherapy by undertaking comprehensive examination and appropriate investigation, provides treatment and advice to any persons preparatory to or for the purpose of or in connection with movement or functional dysfunction, malfunction, disorder, disability, healing and pain from trauma and disease, using physical modalities including exercise, mobilization, manipulations, electrical and thermal agents and other electro therapeutics for prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, health promotion and fitness. The physiotherapist can practice independently or as a part of a multi-disciplinary team and has a minimum qualification of a baccalaureate degree. (ISCO Code: 2264)
